1. Agreement to these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of the public website directbranded.art operated by DIRECT BRANDED LTD from 51 Bollington Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4ND, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to this document. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Commercial supply of business support, facilities, waste, remediation, BPO and logistics is governed by the separate Terms and Conditions and by any written engagement. These Terms of Service do not sell those services by themselves. They regulate the solvent table you are reading.
2. Identity
The operator is DIRECT BRANDED LTD. Correspondence: 51 Bollington Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4ND, United Kingdom. Email: general@directbranded.art. Telephone: +44 7860 345678. The site presents Administrative and Support Services and related fields as a surface-recovery practice. Nothing on the site makes us a public authority, a legal practice, or a waste regulator.
3. Licence to use the site
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view pages, to print extracts for your organisation’s internal evaluation of a recovery request, and to submit the form. You must not scrape the site in a way that impairs others, copy the visual system as a competing template, introduce malware, attempt to probe the host beyond ordinary browsing, or present the pages as your own conservation method. Trade marks and the solvent-window mark remain ours.
4. Accuracy of information
Portfolio recovery references are method illustrations without client trading names. They are not warranties that your surface will clear in the same number of weeks. Service descriptions are invitations to treat, not offers. Fees are not listed because a lift is priced after a surface read. We may correct errors. Map pins match the stated Oadby address; if a mapping provider drifts, the postal address in text prevails.
5. Recovery request form
The form requires name, email and message and posts to the confirmation page. Submission is an enquiry, not a contract. You warrant that you are authorised to send the message and that it does not contain unlawful material, passwords, or special category data. We may refuse to answer. A reply within two working days is an operational target, not a liquidated obligation under these website terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to harass staff, to send bulk unsolicited messages, to impersonate a regulator, or to probe waste-permit numbers that are not yours. You must not upload content that infringes copyright. You must not attempt to reverse the host. We may block addresses that abuse the form.
7. Third-party resources
Fonts and maps are third-party resources. Linked legal pages of the ICO or others are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability or their cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy.
8. Intellectual property
Text, layout, photographic stills of conservation-table materials, and the arrangement of test windows are owned by DIRECT BRANDED LTD or licensed to it. You may not reuse photographs as stock for a gallery, a restoration studio, or an unrelated facilities brochure without written consent. Fair dealing for criticism or review remains available as the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act allows.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of the website relationship.
10. Availability
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Maintenance, host failure, or force majeure may take the table offline. Downtime of the website does not by itself suspend a live facilities or waste window governed by the Terms and Conditions.
11. Liability for website use
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that English law will not allow to be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, goodwill, or data arising merely from reading or relying on website copy, and our aggregate liability arising from website use in any twelve months is limited to one hundred pounds or the amount you paid us for website access, whichever is greater. You paid nothing to access the public pages.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify DIRECT BRANDED LTD against claims arising from your misuse of the site, from content you submit, or from your breach of these Terms of Service, including reasonable legal costs.
13. Suspension
We may suspend or withdraw the site or your access if we believe these terms are broken, if law requires it, or if the host is under attack. We may take down a page that is inaccurate.
14. Linking
You may link to our homepage at / in a way that is fair and legal. You may not frame the site. You may not imply endorsement of a waste broker or a BPO marketplace we did not appoint.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms of Service. The version on the site on the date you use it applies to that use. Continued browsing after a change constitutes acceptance of the new website terms, not of any commercial Terms and Conditions you have not signed.
16. Other documents
If you instruct DIRECT BRANDED LTD to provide services, the Terms and Conditions, the quotation, and any method statement prevail over these website terms for that instruction. These website terms prevail for browsing and form use.
17. Severability and waiver
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains. A failure to enforce is not a waiver.
18. Third-party rights
A person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these website terms.
19. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.
20. Contact
Website notices: general@directbranded.art. Postal: DIRECT BRANDED LTD, 51 Bollington Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4ND, United Kingdom. Telephone +44 7860 345678.
21. No professional advice
Pages on directbranded.art explain a method. They are not legal advice, not environmental consultancy advice of a report quality, not tax advice, and not an invitation to ignore a permit. You remain responsible for your organisation’s compliance. If a page summarises duty of care, read the statute as well. If a page summarises TUPE, read the Regulations as well.
22. Accounts and security of messages
The public site does not issue user accounts. Anyone who can reach the form can send a message. You should not include secrets. If you need to send a sensitive method statement, ask first for a path by writing to general@directbranded.art or by telephoning +44 7860 345678. We are not liable for a secret you pasted into a public form.
23. Copyright complaints
If you believe a photograph or a paragraph on the site infringes your copyright, write to general@directbranded.art with the URL, your contact details, and a statement of ownership. We will consider a takedown of the specific file. Do not send malware as ‘evidence’.
24. Malicious use
Attempts to overload the host, to inject script into the form fields for execution on another’s browser, or to harvest the staff directory from page source for spam, are forbidden. We may involve the host and, where appropriate, Leicestershire Police. We may keep logs for that purpose as the Privacy Policy allows.
25. Relationship with thanks_you.html
The confirmation page means the browser posted the form to a static file. It does not by itself prove that a human has read the message until we say so from general@directbranded.art. If you do not hear within two working days, telephone. Do not submit the same message fifty times.
26. International visitors
The site is aimed at United Kingdom organisations. If you browse from elsewhere, English law still governs these website terms. We do not warrant that the Services are offered in your country. Sanctions screening may cause us to ignore an enquiry.
27. Assignment of website terms
DIRECT BRANDED LTD may assign the operation of the site to a successor that takes the Oadby practice. You may not assign these website terms. If the site moves host, these terms continue.
28. Interpretation
Metaphors of varnish and solvent on the website are branding of a limited-intervention method. They do not make these website terms a chemical-supply contract. Headings are aids. If a clause conflicts with the Privacy Policy on personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails for that data. If a clause conflicts with the Terms and Conditions on a paid Window, the Terms and Conditions prevail for that Window.
Questions about these Terms of Service: general@directbranded.art. Postal service: DIRECT BRANDED LTD, 51 Bollington Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4ND, United Kingdom. Do not serve legal proceedings only through the website form.
29. Availability of older versions
We are not obliged to keep a public archive of every historic version of these website terms. If a dispute turns on a date, we will produce the version we held on that date from our files if we still hold it. You may print or save a copy when you browse. Printing a copy does not create a commercial Window. Only a quotation and acceptance do that under the Terms and Conditions.
